Dandy — Motion Graphics Brand Film
FEVR created a 60-second brand film combining voiceover-led storytelling, kinetic typography, motion graphics, and Dandy’s existing footage and photography. The result is a fast-paced, business-focused film that turns a complex offering into one clear message: your lab can become a revenue growth engine.
Building the narrative
The film follows a clear shift in perspective. It begins with the challenges facing DSOs — tighter capital, more difficult acquisitions, and the need to generate growth from every chair and every location.
Dandy is then introduced as the solution: not simply a dental lab, but a growth partner helping practices improve case acceptance, reduce chair time, scale efficiently, and gain better visibility into performance.
Designing a visual language for growth
We developed a bold visual system built around Dandy’s brand identity. Strong typography, structured compositions, graphic transitions, and repeated visual patterns help communicate ideas such as scale, performance, and operational efficiency.
Rather than illustrating every line literally, the motion design gives rhythm and emphasis to the most important messages while keeping the overall film clear and focused.
Mixing motion, footage, and kinetic typography
The animation combines kinetic typography with client-supplied footage and photography. Text leads the narrative, while real-world imagery connects the business message to Dandy’s technology, teams, and dental practices.
Each transition was designed to move naturally between these different types of content, creating a consistent visual flow throughout the film.

Shaping the pace
Because the story is driven by voiceover, timing was central to the production. Animation, typography, footage, music, and sound accents were carefully coordinated to give each key message enough impact without slowing down the film.
The pacing gradually builds toward the central conclusion: the dental lab is no longer a cost center, but a revenue growth engine.
